Mandatory pre-payment: Candidates who have been accepted for studies will receive an acceptance notice together with a voucher for a first payment: prepayment on account of tuition. Payment of the voucher is affirmation of the candidate’s intent to exercise his right to study at the College and constitutes a condition for holding a place in the department at which he/she has been accepted.
Candidates that have been accepted on condition of passing preparatory courses or on condition of passing a course in mathematics/physics will pay the payment voucher for the preparatory courses and the prepayment for tuition in order to ensure their place in the College. Candidates that have been accepted on condition and have not complied with that condition (and therefore are not beginning studies of the College) will have the prepayment on account of the tuition reimbursed less the payment for the preparatory courses.
Nonpayment of the pre-payment on time may bring about a cancellation of the acceptance to the department and passing on of the student’s place to the next candidate.
Candidates who have applied for a scholarship or loan from the Dean of Students shall also make the pre-payment, regardless of the handling of their requests for assistance. Students will receive a reimbursement if a credit balance is created in their account.
