It is the Jerusalem College of Engineering’s mission to advance knowledge and educate students in engineering disciplines.
JCE is dedicated to providing its students with an education that combines rigorous academic study with hands-on training that is industrially relevant both locally and globally. We seek to develop in each JCE graduate the ability to succeed as an engineer in Israel’s competitive high-tech sector, or continue to advanced research degrees at leading institutions.
To meet this mission, JCE has created partnerships with high-tech companies, such as TEVA and Intel, with academic institutions such as the Technion and MIT, as well as with individuals and philanthropic foundations.
The College was founded as part of a broader strategy to strengthen the city of Jerusalem by training engineers for Jerusalem’s growing high-tech sector. JCE’s connection to the community has since increased along with its commitment to the ongoing development of the city, helping both its people and its economy.
Today, JCE is recognized as a first-rate educational institution. As JCE continues to grow and develop it continues to provide students with the opportunities to learn and succeed; attract new students to the city; increase community involvement; build additional partnerships; and develop new leading-edge study programs.
