Location: JCE's campus is in Ramat Beit HaKerem, Jerusalem, strategically located between the city's two major industrial areas, Har Hotzvim and the Malcha Technology Park.
Accreditation: JCE is recognized by the Israeli Council for Higher Education and receives budgetary support from the Planning and Budgeting Committee of the Council for Higher Education and the Ministry of Education.
Student Body: For the 2011-2012 academic year, JCE has 2,000 students enrolled, and it is expected to reach 3,500 students by 2022.
Approximately 30% of JCE students are female; 14% are new immigrants from over 25 different countries; and 70% reside in Jerusalem and its surroundings.

Civil and Environmental Engineering: Students can spend the first two years of the Technion’s four-year B.Sc. program in Civil and Environmental Engineering at JCE, and complete it at the Technion, in Haifa, where they receive their degree.

Degrees: JCE provides graduates with a B.Sc. degree in engineering in each of its departments.
Alumni: To date there are over 1,000 JCE graduates.
