In the framework of my studies at the Jerusalem College of Engineering, emphasis was placed on important and contemporary values. I was exposed to various directions in the specialty that I obtained, and I was integrated into an outside industrial firm for the purpose of performing my final project. This became a real job for me.
My final project was performed at the Protrack Company, which is engaged in the field of Computer Vision. During the project I was required to the use of my theoretical and practical background that I obtained during studies. The project was executed under the combined direction of mentors from the company and from the College (Dr. Alexander Hyatt and Mr. Erez Shilat), who guided the project and got the most of it from me. Thanks to the these tools and to proper guidance, my first practical project was “born”, which became an important calling card for me when I integrated into industry.
I am today working as a software engineer at the Protrack Company where I performed my final project. This job includes the improvement and development of real-time systems for security needs, systems that include coordination between photographs and motion detection by video.
